Received my radiators plugged them straight in after mounting to the wall. Took 2 minutes to connect to wifi for each radiator.Warms the room really quick now thinking of changing all the other radiators to these as they are so good. This radiator is great. It warms up really quickly and can be turned down low to keep the room warm. There is an app you can download to your mobile so it can be turned on before getting home. I love it

The product was delivered on time. Today it was installed, working fine and easy to install. However, the various colouring schemes for the state of charging, on the charger, are confusing and not easy to distinguish, mainly the various blue tones. It would be more convenient to add different visual information. overall Good product

Could not fault the experience of using EcoWizard. Found the heat pump we needed pretty easily on the website at a REALLY good price. Delivery timescales were really quick - we also had an issue with the delivery address that the guys sorted with the carriers with no issue or fuss.
