I have only used the charger once so far but it was very simple, there was an issue connecting it to my wifi after sever failed attempts with it stating undiscoverable we contacted Hypervolt customer service and they connected straight away very good service.

The charger is super basic but it does what you need: charging on schedule, an override boost, NFC or phone locking. Slim and unobtrusive. My sparkie said it was pretty easy to install. It was a little fiddly to sync to the app, the QR code scanner is very sensitive, but got there after several tries. For ~£100, this is by far the best value charger on the market.
I placed this order on Friday morning, and received this EV charger the very next day (Saturday) – honestly, I didn’t expect such lightning-fast delivery. The product itself is fantastic: super intuitive to use, and the app control makes scheduling and monitoring a breeze. It’s already made home charging so much more convenient. Highly recommend!
