Is so simple to use and protects my house from major flooding. I have three of these units, in the kitchen, one in the cylinder cupboard, one in the bathroom. Should they detect a water leak, the mains water is cut via a motorised valve to prevent further damage.

From the neat website ordering process to the fast neat fitting service everything was a fast process. The charger was delivered next day directly from the supplier. Arrangements for fitting within the stated time-frame were made. The electrician arrived at the stated time, and within 4hrs, I had a working home EV Charger!! Lovely, clean job - Anthony from Aero Charge left everything clean and tidy - Thank you. As a bonus, this was the cheapest priced service that I was quoted during my research up to £250 LESS than some other companies.
There were a couple of issues with delivery and that I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive on the day. It should’ve. Company resolved it quickly and refunded to the difference in delivery cost item arrived. I had a few snags with trying to pair it to my boiler equipment. Got an engineer and got it working in the end. Can’t see whether it was the unit I got from Eco wizard or my boiler receiver. Either way the item itself was fine and in good working order and the customer service are polite and efficient and resolved issues quickly.

Great relay for electric underfloor heating upgrade. Only fiddley bit is the terminals are quite small for getting several connections in. Fits nicely into SRS600

I connected 2 cables together and plugged them into a Ubiquiti Environmental Sensor. Tested it by putting a drop of water at the very end of the cable and the sensor leak detector alarm went off instantly. Very pleased.
Seems slow to respond to temperature change but is much easier to use than analogue equivalent.
On it from day 1, fast delivery, matched a better price, arranged the fitting promptly. If I had to niggle the fitter hadn’t installed many of the Indra chargers and despite his valiant efforts and an untimely intervention of intermittent Virgin WiFi he was unable to leave it working Fast support from Eco prompted a “walk through fix by Indra and it was all good. Haven’t used it yet due to awaiting the EV. But it seems to be all good and ready.

Received my radiators plugged them straight in after mounting to the wall. Took 2 minutes to connect to wifi for each radiator.Warms the room really quick now thinking of changing all the other radiators to these as they are so good. Great sevice had to contact ecowizard and everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.
