The Photonic Universe 10kW Zero-Transfer Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System with 24kWh energy storage is a high-capacity backup power solution designed for large homes, data centres, telecommunications setups, commercial sites and industrial facilities. Providing a stable and reliable source of AC electricity, it is ideal for powering servers, IT equipment, household appliances, and other sensitive electronics where continuous operation is essential.
Unlike standard UPS systems, this model features advanced Zero Transfer Technology, ensuring an instantaneous switch from mains supply to battery power with no delay at all. This makes it perfectly suited for servers, data centre equipment, and mission-critical IT hardware that require an uninterrupted, stable supply at all times.
In a mains-powered setup, the UPS delivers consistent electricity to connected appliances. While grid power is available, it supplies loads directly and charges the battery bank. If the mains becomes unstable or fails, the UPS switches instantly to battery power, guaranteeing seamless continuity. Once mains power is restored, it automatically reverts back to grid input and resumes charging.
For off-grid systems, the UPS works efficiently with generators to maintain uninterrupted power. By running the generator only when necessary to recharge the batteries, significant fuel savings can be achieved while ensuring continuous AC output. The built-in dry contact port also allows the inverter to control relay switches or compatible generators, automatically starting or stopping them based on battery voltage levels.
The system can also be used as a portable energy solution: charge the batteries from the grid, then transport the unit to a different site to provide reliable AC power wherever it’s needed.
With integrated solar charging support, users can connect a suitable solar array directly without additional charge control equipment. This reduces reliance on the mains grid in residential applications and cuts generator runtime in off-grid installations.
Supplied with a 24kWh external battery bank, the system provides extensive energy storage capacity and can be easily expanded or replaced as required. For large-scale applications, up to nine inverters can be connected in parallel to deliver a total of 45kW continuous output (parallel kits required per inverter). This makes the system a powerful and scalable long-term solution for both commercial and residential energy needs.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
