The Photonic Universe 30kW Zero-Transfer Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System With 48kWh Energy Storage is a high-capacity backup power solution designed for large households, datacentres, telecommunications networks, commercial operations, and industrial facilities. Providing a stable and dependable source of AC electricity, it is ideal for powering servers, IT hardware, household appliances, and other sensitive electronics where uninterrupted operation is critical.
Unlike conventional UPS systems, this model uses advanced Zero Transfer Technology, which switches from mains input to battery backup with no delay. This ensures total protection for mission-critical devices such as datacentre equipment, servers, and telecommunications systems, where even the shortest interruption could cause issues.
In a mains-powered configuration, the UPS powers connected appliances directly while charging the battery banks. If the mains supply becomes unstable or cuts out, the UPS transfers instantly to battery power, guaranteeing seamless continuity. Once grid electricity is restored, the system switches back automatically and resumes charging.
For off-grid applications, this UPS integrates smoothly with generators to deliver continuous AC power. By operating the generator only when necessary to recharge the batteries, you can achieve significant fuel savings while reducing wear and noise. The built-in dry contact port also enables automatic relay or generator control, starting or stopping charging cycles when the battery voltage falls below a user-defined threshold.
The system is configurable for single-phase or three-phase AC output, making it equally suitable for residential, light industrial, and commercial three-phase applications. It can also be used as a portable power solution by charging the batteries in a mains-powered location and transporting the unit to provide reliable AC electricity in off-grid or temporary environments.
With integrated solar compatibility, users can connect a suitable solar array directly without the need for additional charge controllers. This reduces reliance on grid electricity and minimises generator runtime in off-grid installations.
Supplied with 48kWh of external battery banks, the system provides extensive energy storage capacity with straightforward options for expansion or replacement. For large-scale projects, up to nine inverters can be connected in parallel to deliver as much as 45kW of continuous output (parallel kits required per inverter). This makes it a robust, scalable, and future-proof energy solution for residential, commercial, and industrial users alike.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
