The Photonic Universe 15kW Zero-Transfer Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System with 24kWh energy storage is a high-capacity backup power solution designed for large households, data centres, telecommunications networks, commercial sites, and industrial facilities. Providing a stable and reliable source of AC electricity, it is ideal for powering servers, IT equipment, appliances, and other sensitive electronics where uninterrupted supply is essential.

Unlike standard UPS systems, this model features advanced Zero Transfer Technology, ensuring an instantaneous switch from mains supply to battery power with no delay at all. This makes it perfectly suited for mission-critical applications, including servers, data centre equipment, and telecommunications hardware that demand continuous, stable operation without interruption.

In a mains-powered setup, the UPS supplies uninterrupted power to connected appliances. While mains power is available, it delivers electricity directly and charges the battery bank. If the mains becomes unstable or cuts out, the UPS switches instantly to its battery storage, guaranteeing seamless continuity. Once mains power is restored, the system reverts automatically to grid input and resumes charging.

For off-grid use, this UPS integrates smoothly with generators to maintain a continuous power supply. By running the generator only when necessary to recharge the batteries, users can achieve significant fuel savings and reduce generator wear. The built-in dry contact port also enables the inverter to activate or deactivate relay switches or compatible generators automatically when battery voltage reaches a user-defined level.

This system can also be deployed as a portable energy solution: charge the battery bank from the grid, then transport the unit to an off-grid location to deliver temporary or mobile power on demand.

With its flexible output design, the UPS can be configured for single-phase or three-phase AC power, making it suitable for household, light industrial, and large-scale commercial applications.

Built-in solar compatibility allows users to connect a suitable solar array directly without additional charge controllers. This provides an efficient way to reduce mains electricity costs in residential systems and minimise generator use in off-grid environments.

Supplied with a 24kWh external battery bank, the system offers substantial energy storage capacity and can be easily expanded or replaced when required. For larger installations, up to nine inverters can be connected in parallel to deliver as much as 45kW of continuous output (parallel kits required per inverter). This scalability makes it a powerful, future-proof energy solution for both residential and industrial applications.
