The Photonic Universe 3kW Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System with 4.8kWh energy storage is a high-performance backup power solution designed for mains-powered, off-grid, solar, and portable applications. Offering a dependable source of AC electricity, it is ideal for powering household appliances, IT and computer rooms, servers, commercial equipment, and other critical electronics where continuous, interrupted power supply is essential.
When connected to the grid, this UPS guarantees a stable supply for your appliances even during voltage fluctuations, brownouts, or full power cuts. While mains electricity is present, it powers connected loads directly while keeping the batteries charged. In the event of a power outage, the system switches instantly to battery power, ensuring an uninterrupted transition with no downtime. Once the mains is restored, it automatically resumes grid supply and battery charging.
In remote or off-grid locations, this UPS can be paired with a generator to deliver continuous electricity. By running the generator only when needed to recharge the batteries, it minimises fuel consumption and reduces operating costs, while also cutting down wear and noise. This makes it a practical choice for off-grid homes, commercial facilities, and backup power in mission-critical environments.
Thanks to its external battery system, the UPS can also function as a portable energy source. Charge the batteries from a mains connection, then transport the unit to another location to provide temporary or mobile power wherever it is needed. RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
